    Web-Based Road Car Town Services

    The rapid growth of vehicles in Uganda has led to increased traffic incidents, breakdowns, and parking violations, creating a need for efficient towing services. This project designed and implemented a Road Car Tow Service System to improve roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and towing operations through technology. The system features mobile and web-based platforms for service requests and real-time tracking, GPS integration for accurate location detection and route optimization, categorized towing services, digital payment options, and a network connecting drivers with verified tow operators. It also includes data analytics tools for monitoring service demand, response times, and vehicle breakdown trends. Designed to address Uganda’s challenges such as limited infrastructure, inconsistent network connectivity, and economic constraints, the system adopts a phased deployment beginning in Kampala and expanding nationwide. The solution aims to enhance road safety, improve service efficiency, reduce response times, and create employment opportunities, contributing to a more reliable and sustainable transportation sector in Uganda.
